A $7.95 monthly account fee applies, we will waive the fee if you pay your statement closing balance in full, by the due date. With Zip Pay, you can shop everywhere you see the Contactless Symbol when you add your Zip card to your Apple or Google wallet.*

Zip Money is a line of credit with credit limits between $1,000 and $5,000 for regular accounts and up to $50,000 for specific merchants. Zip Money offers customers a guaranteed interest-free period of 3 months across all products and up to 48 months with some retailers^^^. Zip Money accounts may incur a one-off establishment fee for certain credit limits. A $7.95 monthly account fee applies.

Just shop on Canterbury and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the ZIP payment method. You will be directed to the ZIP website to register and provide payment details (Visa/Mastercard). If you’ve used ZIP before then you just need to log into your account. Then complete your order and it’s that easy.

Repayments are automatically direct debited from the payment method that you added when you created the account. You can change the payment method at any time and the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you're covering the minimum monthly repayments. You can log in to your ZIP account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

ZIP orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes like any normal order from Canterbury New Zealand.

Yes, you can also use a promotional code with ZIP to pay for your purchase.

To set up an account without a AU or NZ Driver Licence, our team will need to verify you manually. You can get manually ID verified with a valid passport,18+ card and proof of address documentation. Foreign passport holders will also need to provide evidence of a visa issued by Immigration, with a minimum of 6 months' validity.

To arrange your return please log into your account, select your order and click the return button where you will be guided through the returns process.

Once you have requested your return you have up to 30 days from the day you received your order to return your items to us. Please return the items in their original packaging, package the items securely and ensure our returns form is included inside. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you return your items to us,

Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.

Please note, that items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn with original tags attached.

Canterbury products purchased at a retail store or from other websites must be returned to the original store or site from which they were purchased.
