Covid 19 Delivery Update

Canterbury is a proud Kiwi brand. We've been part of the New Zealand landscape since 1904, and have a proud history of helping the community in tough times. 

Right now, that means doing our best for our staff, the broader Canterbury community and everyone in New Zealand. With level 2 restrictions being imposed in New Zealand from Thursday 14th May 2020, this means our physical retail stores will now open as well as our full range of products will still be available through our website in New Zealand, for contactless delivery only.

We continue to put the health and welfare of our teams and our customers first. We have temporarily updated our delivery protocols to limit interaction and physical contact. Couriers will be required to leave customer parcels at a safe location, out of public sighting at the designated delivery address to ensure a contactless drop.

Our service has resumed following the Covid 19 Level 4 Lockdown however there may be delays within the Level 2 Lockdown.

At Canterbury, we are proud to offer a fast and efficient delivery service.   

All orders placed on the Canterbury website are made subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received confirmation of shipping but your products have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times provided to you on your shipping confirmation email.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders placed on our website were the value is over $100. This means you must spend a minimum of $100.01 per transaction to have free shipping applied to your order. 

Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched to you and delivered within the timeframe of the delivery option you have chosen.

We use PBT Couriers as our chosen carrier, and once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a confirmation email. In most cases, carriers do not operate or deliver on Bank Holidays.

Standard Delivery - $5.00 (3-5 working days)

We strive to have your order with you within 3 working days, where a signature will normally be required on arrival. You are able to nominate an alternative delivery address (such as your place of work) at the time of ordering if this is more convenient for you. 

Express Delivery - $8.00 (2-3 working days) (Due to Covid 19 delays this is currently not offered) 

We strive to have your order with you within 2 working days as long as the order is placed by 12 pm, where a signature will normally be required on arrival. You are able to nominate an alternative delivery address (such as your place of work) at the time of ordering if this is more convenient for you.
