Canterbury of New Zealand is happy to accept the return of goods within 30 days of receipt.
If requested we will refund the monetary value of the items returned, at the price you purchased them, but not the delivery charges (if applicable).
Please note we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must repurchase the item to secure the stock and return the original item back to us. Once it arrives we will issue a refund per our refund policy.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn with original tags attached. Canterbury reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with, or the tags have been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
