Returns Information

Returns Policy:

Canterbury of New Zealand is happy to accept the return of goods within 30 days of receipt.  

If requested we will refund the monetary value of the items returned, at the price you purchased them, but not the delivery charges (if applicable). 

Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn with original tags attached. Canterbury reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with, or the tags have been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

If you checked out as a guest, simply to go the Return Customer section and request  'forgotten password' to set up an account and access your order history.

 Returns Process

  •  A Returns Form must be included in your return
  • Returns Forms can be generated from your Canterbury Account within 30 days of purchase. Simply log in to your Canterbury account to process your return. 

  • Log in and go to Order History to select the item/s to return, a copy of the completed Return form will be emailed to print and enclose with the goods. 
  • If you did not receive a copy of the form to your email, simply download a returns form here 
  • We do not offer exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they must repurchase the item to secure the stock and return the original item back to us. Once it arrives we will issue a refund per our refund policy. 
  • If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is faulty, we will arrange for the collection. Please contact our Customer Support Team on: customer.service@canterburynz.com to arrange collection.
  • Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed if the original account details have expired. You will receive an email confirmation of your return having been processed. Please allow from 3 to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your account after receiving email confirmation. Our returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights.

 Returning Items by Post:

Customers have to arrange their own return via post or another courier service. Please enclose a Returns Form with your return. We recommend that you send your item via a recorded delivery service to obtain a tracking number and proof of signature. We are unable to accept liability for any goods lost in transit to our warehouse.
